About Mumsbooth

Mumsbooth Africa is the public brand of Mumsbooth Empowerment Initiative, a registered nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and children across Africa through entrepreneurship, digital skills, leadership, technology, vocational training, and economic empowerment programs.

For over a decade, we have equipped women with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities they need to start, grow, and scale successful businesses while helping children and young people develop future-ready skills that prepare them to lead and thrive.

To date, we have directly and indirectly impacted over 25,000 women and 4,500 children across communities in Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and beyond. Our work is supported by a growing network of 500+ volunteers working across 10 African countries to expand opportunities and create lasting change.

Beyond training, we connect women to access to capital, markets, mentorship, technology, and business support, enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods, create jobs, and strengthen their communities.

At Mumsbooth, we believe that when women and children are empowered with the right skills and opportunities, they become catalysts for economic growth, innovation, and lasting social impact across Africa.
